Stayed at the Upper Wind River Canyon Campground and enjoyed the views, and the train waking me up. Sun sets early behind the granite mountainside, so it can get chilly. TIFA 2003

If you're comfortable dry camping you'll be in love with this place. Great campsites along the Wind River. Choose a spot away from the highway however. It's noisy.
