Went into Port Macquarie in transit to Gold Coast and north. Filled up with diesel and was about to go to my berth for the night when I couldn't start my starboard engine. Terry came within 30 minutes as it was getting dark, checked relays and circuits in case it was an easy fix... it wasn't... He and his son returned mid morning the next day and diagnosed cross wires causing a short in the starter motor. Nice installation Fairline! A new Bosch starter motor (same part 700 cheaper than Volvo) was ordered, delivered and installed on a timely basis. The necessary wires replaced and rerouted. Cost of the repair was as quoted. Outstanding service communication. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
