Dr. Chitra is awesome person who patiently listens, diagnoses root cause. She talks with lot of positivity/hope. Your 50% health problems/outer medical issues just goes like that when talking to Dr. Chitra! Sister Lakshmi is another person who helped me lot, welcomes, asks your well being every time, documentation and payments handling ... she is one such multi-tasking person in Dr. Chitra's team who deserves lot of accolades and respect. Shreepolyclinic is the best clinic I have experienced in the country having lived in all metros.Dr Chitra apart from being a highly qualified and experienced doctor ,she is empathetic towards patients,spends time in listening to the patient and prescribes medicines only if necessary and not as a routine.she checks on the resistance capability first and prescribes..thevstaff is polite and friendly..no wonder she is much sought after and a busy doctor and great that the medical fraternity also recognises the same and it is the first authorised polyclinic in Karnataka for Covid vaccine..my family will continue to consult wherever we are even when out of Bangalore..keep up the service..cheers
