The behaviour of the person who book tickets it too rude after payment....and he is not even ready to provide the right information about bus ....very worst experience.....

I booked their one day sight seeing tour from Bangalore to Mysore for my guests, and it was a horrible experience. They were picked at designated pick up point only to realize that their seats were already occupied with other passengers with no seats left in the bus for them at all. After questioning driver, he said we need to adjust for a few kilometers where they will transfer some passenger in some other bus, we were not told about this at all beforehand. Bus was not at all comfortable for seating, their on site management for showing the site was very poor too. One of my guest quoted it as "Third class service". While returning from Mysore, driver did not stop the bus anywhere for dinner whereas at the time of booking, we were told that there will a dinner break. And worst thing after reaching Bangalore, driver refused to drop my guests to their designated drop off location and dropped all passengers at Majestic. They had to take a cab from there and had to pay for it from their pocket. I feel very let down in front of my guests and would not recommend this tour to anyone.

I have taken a tour 1 year back an it was a very nice experience. Hope to get same service further. Although it was not in a mini bus, it was by car and bus, therefore there was no dependency.

We had a worst experience, please avoid this guys. Initially they said to pay Rs 400 per head online, after that they increased 100 per head all of a sudden and asked pay in the bus. They will connect with other bus , after which they dont take any responsibility. The person in the bus is completely rude and dont show the places properly. Overall we had bad very experience , if you want a peace of mind and dont want to get cheated, dont book with this guys. Very bad company.

Had worst experience of our life. Had booked bus tour to Mysore, Ooty and Coonoor for super deluxe. There was nothing deluxe about it. They just take payment but are not responsible for your tour. Payment too they charge premium compared to other travels but actually all are same and no service at all. They are cheat and don't fall for them. Hotel accommodation are worst and unhygienic.

The worst travel agency no timing they skip places which were promised. Guides were so rude. Worst travel experience drop will not be @ promised location we 3girls were left on roads @ 2:00AM late night alone at an unknown place reached safely only bcs of Bangalore police.

Yesterday I took 1 day package to Mysore.. they provides classic hi5 bus.. in website they mention that they vl show Chamundi hills but they skipped it.. while we enquiring about this the guide who is guiding us in bus is rude he is telling that go and ask in the office.. I didn't tell you that we ll show Chamundi hills.. whoever told you that go and ask them....
