This place is AWESOME .The ladies at front desk are always very pleasant . Dennis is always pleasant and takes care of me . Dr Susano is so caring and informative about my illness .

I don't know about others but as for me and my addiction, MDF, and depression issues, IT WAS GREAT!!!! The thing about us as addicts and people with mental illness issues we look for the DRs to fix us with a magic pill. But my lovely people that's not how it works. There is no pill that can fix it. That's why when you're given something that doesn't work, SPEAK UP!! TELL THE DOCTOR IT'S NOT WORKING. They give you the medicine according to what you tell them. And the most important thing of all is YOU. What are you doing to help your situation? You got to want what ever it is that you need help with. But you outcome depends on YOU. When they gave me something that didn't work or had me feeling out of sorts, I called and told them immediately!!! And I've been going there for almost 5 years now with continued success. Yes I have had some ruff moments with the medication but I didn't give up!!!!!! Pick your self up and no matter WHAT Dr you're seeing SPEAK UP!!!!!!! OPEN YOUR MOUTH!!!!! SPEAK UP!!!!! I pray this helps someone please speak up. Be blessed and keep blessing somebody

These people are extremely rude not only was the INTAKE counselor very unprofessional and didn't take anything I was telling her serious she was even laughing in her computer as I told her about my traumatic experience just to leave and take forever talking about u do not meet criteria I'm too outdone BC I truly believed DAT if DAT was ur job u would be counseling more than intake. Seriously don't go here if u crazy n Shreveport please seek help else where for mental health and substance abuse !!!

Love Land

Two stars are for the overall service at this clinic; but, I give a 4-star to certain individuals who really do care for the clients and co-workers. Not everyone there is there just for their paychecks. However, this clinic could use a training course in how to treat people. Just because many are suffering from mental disorders doesn't give some the right to bluntly disrespect us. The two women at the front window are the worst. They don't smile and rarely look up at you or give you any eye contact when they are speaking to you. If you don't like dealing with the public then find another job. Not every clients has an attitude when they come in there. People should remember a first impression is an lasting impression.
