I decided to try Petco delivery to save myself some time. My first order came with a 35% discount which was nice, but the canned food arrived busted open. I as told by an online rep to exchange the cans at this Petco, which negates the time saved. When I do an exact exchange at this Petco, I am charged 15.26 extra - they took back the 35% discount because I had to bring them the busted food they sent me. Never again - I'm shopping with Chewy now and get great discounts from my AMEX card too.
I was able to go into the store with little concern (not over crowded, mask were worn, safe distance). I needed to search brands and find a new diet for my cat, which I did. Associate at register was very friendly. Engaged customers in conversation and smiling
I have gotten a hamster at Petco before and I am fixing to get another today. When I got a hamster, the employee was very nice, patient and she let me hold multiple hamsters to see which one is right for me. All the employees were very respectful, patient and more than willing to help. Overall Petco is always stocked well, has a good selection of pets and supplies for pets, the employees do their job correctly and efficiently, which makes Petco my go to petstore.
You can find alot of different animal products here.. more than you can anywhere else, but the prices are sky high!! The only time I buy cat food here is when they have it marked down on clearance. My daughter likes visiting the kitties that are up for adoption. I do recommend them for anyone wanting to adopt a cat !
