Sadly very poor quality coffee – and there's no excuse for that nowadays - and priced on the high side to reflect their monopoly position in the Quarry! I can appreciate that staff proximity can be an issue in these difficult times, but they seem to take an age to serve even simple orders and the queue, even on a quiet day, is often very long. Perhaps they need some competition to improve their products and service?

Had a cappuccino last week which was tasteless! Tried another this week and again very week, the staff changed it but it was still weak didn’t taste like coffee at all! Very disappointed as location is great and we go the river often!
5 stars simply for being open during Lockdown 2.0. In normal times they might lose a star for being a bit pricey but then gain it again for their fabulous location!
Awful cappuccino. Absolutely scalding hot (should not be) , tastes weak and for the money you're better off buying tea. I recommend sending your staff on a Barista course. They we're friendly though. I won't be revisiting.
