Thank you County Goldsmiths for creating my ‘forever ring’! During a little nosey in the window (which is a must every single time I walk past), I spotted an Art Deco broach that I fell in love with. I ask if they could bend it into a ring but due to the design it wasn’t possible to they offered to make an identical product in the form of a ring from scratch. From start to finish County Goldsmith were amazing. They kept me informed with its progress every step of the way and thanks to Ellie, their incredible goldsmith, I’m absolutely in love with my new ring! Highly recommend!

We found Steve at the Shrewsbury shop, wonderful very helpful and a lovely chap. Also Ellie was a delight again very helpful and very pleasant with it. We will definitely use County Goldsmiths in Shrewsbury again.
I bought a beautiful ruby and diamond ring Of a gentleman who was working there very friendly. Preloved ring. But when I got it home I noticed a dent on the side I do wish he'd pointed this out to us as he must of known. . Hope it doesn't effect value.
My partner and I recently shopped at County Goldsmiths (shrewsbury store). They managed to fit us in last minute to order our rings for our wedding. Both Stuart and Rachel were so helpful and made what was a stressful situation, very easy. We were extremely impressed in the service we received from Rachel especially who listened to what we wanted and advised well. Rachel went above and beyond to make sure that we would receive our rings in time, putting our minds at rest. The after care service for cleaning and maintaining the jewellery is also excellent, they truly care about the customers. Couldn’t recommend the shop enough! We will be back! Max and Alice.
Would like to say a massive thank you too the shrewsbury store as they managed to find my wife's two wedding rings witch got handed in and have been collected by myself today. staff where so understanding and tried there up most to get the rings back to there owner cant thank you lot enough 10/10
