Absolutely terrible customer services!! Spoke in advance to a woman who knew that lessons were to be booked as a present. Told me to send across details of my email address and then she will send across the details of the bank account for me to put the money in. She’s ignored called and ignored but read 3 messages!! Not to mention the false advertisement on the website which states two lessons for 40 which she quickly changed to 45 when I told her that’s what I wanted to book FOR MY 61 YEAR OLD MOTHERS BIRTHDAY! False advertisement is breaking the law. Horrific customer services, not worth the star!!
