We are really pleased with our new bathroom from Enigma. Elka helped us design the bathroom. Her ideas were invaluable - we have ended up with a bathroom we could not have planned ourselves, making great use of the space. The installation by Rich was professional and painless, he kept us informed throughout and asked our views and opinions on different elements. The quality of the work and the overall finish is excellent. I would certainly recommend the team at Enigma.

I used Enigma to install my kitchen, having been left severely unimpressed by the customer service at Wren's Kitchens, who were a lot more expensive. From my first meeting with Elka I was reassured that she was personable, knowledgeable and professional. And whilst I had already planned my kitchen design myself, she can up with a custom fit for an awkward boiler size enclosure that still matched the rest of the kitchens design. Installation went very smoothly, and quickly, with Dave paying great attention to detail, as well as tidiness throughout the installation. I would have no hesitation in recommending Enigma, and would definitely use them again for any future projects. I'm writing this review extremely late, a year after my kitchen was installed. But all the better to reassure any potential purchaser of the quality of the work carried out as I've had no issues whatsoever to date.

A five star review for a five star Company. Before embarking on a complete bathroom renovation for my elderly mother we visited 6 suppliers and shortlisted 3 of them to provide quotes. It soon became apparent that Elka and her team where head and shoulders above the competition. Elka is the epitome of professionalism; her talent for quickly understanding what my mother’s specific needs would be was very comforting. In addition I was impressed with how she dealt with the added complication of the Covid 19 and lockdown situation. The flexibility that she was able to provide was outstanding. When we were finally able to proceed with the project we were a little concerned as to how well it would be handled in the current situation. However we need not have worried as Rich delivered the same level of quality on site as we had experienced with Elka in the showroom. Based on his work ethic and his eye for detail I would class him as a craftsman rather than an installer. Therefore I would not hesitate to recommend this Company to anyone who wants a job well done by people who provide quality products and quality workmanship.
