Very disappointed. I called Hatfields with regards to getting an MOT and service. I called 3 times over the last couple of months. Not being able to get through to the correct department on any of the calls I was informed that someone would call me back. I’ve not had one call back. Needless to say I had my MOT carried out elsewhere and I’m still waiting for a call reference the service.
