We live in the US and recently wanted to send some flowers to friends that live in the Shrewsbury area in the UK. In the past, we have used a florist in the US, but the fees were so exorbitant, that we decided to order directly from a florist in the UK. We saw Julie had many great reviews and decided to reach out to her. We are so glad we did. She was wonderful to deal with and very helpful. Our friends received flowers and they thought they were beautiful. Thanks again Julie for all your help

I used Julie for my wedding and the flowers were incredible, she’s really talented and essentially delivered me a wonderful collection of gorgeously scented blooms that not only looked amazing but smelt beautiful. I’ve also had bouquets delivered as gifts by Julie, and again, they never fail to delight. Best florist I’ve ever used. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for any occasion.
Having found out that a friends Mum had passed away yesterday and living miles from her I found this florist in the hope that they would be able to deliver flowers today. Wow from the minute the phone was answered the service was amazing and I was given several options a choice was made and within a few hours the most amazing arrangement was delivered and I felt they really cared down to what was to be written on the card. The florist sent me a picture of the flowers via WhatsApp and my friend also sent a picture and said they are beautiful and made her cry which wasn’t my intention lol So thank you so much for a great job

This is a review of the customer service at this florist, not, I must emphasize the flowers Following a telephone call to give feedback to Julie, I was highly impressed by her attitude. In these difficult times, she listened and suggested ideas, whilst remaining calm and polite. Such manners are very much appreciated.
