Absolutely excellent customer service. The lady is so friendly and helpful. She has an amazing knowledge of fish and fish keeping, and is full of really useful advice. Had a large selection of fish to buy, and also pretty tanks with fish to watch. My 5 year old son loved it. Did not have a huge selection of tanks but we found one to suit our needs. Excellent

Bought a second hand setup, went to get advice from Shrewsbury aquatic centre,absolutely brilliant! Cannot rate highly enough,the staff were knowledgeable and very helpful!!

I love jus popping in and having a look at the koi they have. My girlfriend works for NHS, and at the age of 40 having our first child, very soon. She has had to work from home since March. So I dug out a good size hole, and with the help of the staff, i have been able to give my girlfriend somewhere she can relax. Some things they my not have, but they are willing to order what you want. Thanks to the staff.

Regularly visit here. A lovely member of staff called Nick is really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We drive 70miles just to receive this reliable information. Great stock too!
