Under new instructor great classes for kid's and adults, the atmosphere is amazing especially for the kids every one enjoying themselves while learning a martial art and making new friends and families from around Shrewsbury makes more enjoyable, very challenging and rewarding experience, FUN for all ages starting from tigers classes age 3 years above and beyond into the adult's classes where you gain to build your skills and experience your fitness will immediately inprove as you attend classes.
