We have experienced a real ongoing saga when Cartier lost my wife's watch when sent to repair. This went on for well over two years, and Cartier finally admitted their fault and resolved to replace with a new watch. I cannot praise Ian at Timepiece highly enough as he had the utmost perseverance in dealing with this matter and then had to keep chasing Cartier for this replacement for many months, which to our relief has now finally arrived. I have no hesitation in recommending Timepiece and particularly Ian for their complete integrity in dealing with everything in such a professional way. A five star review has never been more deserved.

Damien was extremely helpful and interpersonal. His professionalism yet friendly and cheerful manner is something I've not come across in customer service in years. Thanks again Damien for recommending the watch, it works really well and I am very pleased of the service and purchase.

Have used this shop for years for changing batteries and straps for our families' watches - always great value and really quick. Walked in today needing a reasonably fiddly and quite expensive bracelet altering, and only had 15 minutes on my parking...so was in a bit of a rush. They took it on, got the job done in time and lovely guys to chat to whilst I waited. Couldn't be happier with the service, and when it comes to buying a watch next time, I will come here first. Thanks.

Good afternoon Sir /Madam I have used this repairas on many occasions and have always had good results, not only from repairs but when purchasing watches and other items. However, during my recent visit i felt a little disappointed at the outcome . I came in last week to have a new battery fitted and also some of the number surrounds removed which had come loose. On collecting the watch it was not working but the young man in the shop got it going. It then stopped , After leaving and back at home, again and would not start. I therefore brought it back this morning and one of the staff ,After only a few seconds ,informed me that there was a fault internally. I therefore asked why this was not picked up when first brought in and to be honest did not get a satisfactory answer. I also felt accused of not only dropping or banging the watch for the surrounds to come off but this was being used to evade the main issue of the watch not working. I paid 14.99 for the initial work which I find has now been wasted. Also informed that it would be a further 25 plus to have it repaired. I have no issues with the young man who served me and it will not deter me from using the shop again, but I would like an answer as to why things were missed on the first visit especially having paid the amount i have. Yours sincerely John Davies

My other half brought me a watch from here for Christmas 2017. The watch had a 2 year warranty on it. After about 9 months, one of the markers became unstuck on the face. My other half took the watch back with the receipt (including the warranty) but they said she had to pay 10 pounds to get it repaired as the watch is worn... I don't know what else you are meant to do with a watch other than wear it. Regardless she paid to get it repaired (which she shouldn't have to do because of the warranty guaranty). I stopped wearing the watch as I did not want to damage it again. However I went for a meal on my birthday in January and decided to wear the watch for the first time since having it repaired. I looked at the time after ordering our food and another one of the markers fell off. I have not taken the watch back, it's pointless as they will try to charge for the repair again. I will never use this store again and I would advise against anyone using them. I am not complaining because I want my watch repaired again, I just want to express my disappointment in their handling of the situation.

Used this company in both Wigan and Shrewsbury to arrange servicing on some expensive watches (Cartier, Omega, etc.) and change batteries and pressure test professional dive watches. Always had good, reliable and professional service. Highly recommended
