A thoroughly professional service! Easy to book the appointment with days and times to suit.The staff were absolutely superb (Claire Bailey) and were so helpful in guiding me through the eye test, and then choosing my glasses. Hugely impressed by the standard of customer service. Brilliant.

We were sent appointment letters for our family to see optician. However the optician said only one appointment out of the four was required. Optician was brusque and offhand saying we shouldn’t be there. Advised him that we had all received letters to attend. Perhaps he was having a bad day but sadly no improvement when we returned having had second appointment letters.

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses on 17th January 2020, they would take up to 2 weeks to arrive. I rang on the 29th was told 1 pair had been delivered to the store.,on arrival was told they could not find them. ,these would now have to be re-ordered . I returned to to the store today, left with NO GLASSESand promise of a phone call by 11 am, it's now 14.30 ... no phone call.

Wanted a full eye test for contact lenses and glasses. They did the eye test and my prescription had changed. I then found out they only did it for glasses and have to go back to pay for another test !!! I took my contact lenses out in front of them ! Why would i wear glasses with a different strength etc to contact lenses !!!! OMG where has the common sense gone. Steve the guy there said in what in my opionion was in a very obnoxious way \you need to ask specifically for a contact lens eye test\. OMG if i take my car in for a service do i have to ask them to specifically check the brakes as well. Shame as the other staff there were lovely and helped my son out with new glasses. But what a waste of my time.
