Had to call 10 times everyday for more than a week for them to email my battery warranty. Moreover this was in addition to waiting for a week before I had to call to remind them. Also they filled the wrong details so I had to pursue them aggresively again to correct the details because they had a very nonchalant attitude about it.

Got my Dell 7560 repaired from them under warranty. All was good, but forgot to check the webcam. It never worked after their service, while it was perfectly fine before I gave them. I tried calling them several times, but they never responded to my calls.
Great and timely response to queries. Provides satisfactory service.

Worst Dell Customer Service ever....I do not recommend this centre. Highly untrained staff. You cannot trust giving your laptop here.
Don't visit this center if visiting for Dell Laptop... They directly ask me to deposit the laptop even they will not checking what the issue my laptop have..... 999 rs. Inspection charges.. thousands rupees for just checking the issue of laptop...wht the fu... Also they will not do inspection infront of you... The best joking part is that you have to submit ur laptop for 3-4week for any part replacement.... If they not have that part... Again wht the fu... For one month .......u have to close your work/shop.....
