I was referred to Shulman & Hill because I was told that they do great work. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I had to obtain all of my information such as my case number, speak with the insurance company, and arrange everything pertaining to my case. Carly was extremely unprofessional as well as rude. The front desk staff are rude and dismissive (seems to be the culture of this office). Carly never knew the status of my case and refused to take my phone calls as well as never responded to the messages that I left. This went on for nearly months. When I finally decided to speak with an attorney, I was told that they were out to lunch an in a Trial. They must STILL be out to lunch and/or in Trial as no one has ever returned my calls and this was over two weeks ago. I have since retained another attorney and Shulman & Hill has not even reached out to apologize or ask what happened. I only gave one star because I would not be able to post unless I gave that, but they're not deserving of a half star!

Just sharing my experience so far for the past year with Shulman and Hill have been excellent so far. They are very attentive and address issues you may be having rapidly. The staff are very pleasant and helpful as well. From the front desk to the paralegals. Currently I have Antonia as a paralegal and I’m happy she truly understands me. The Attorneys are very concerned with your needs and work hard to bring positive results. Waiting to see how my case will proceed so I can’t share but so much.
