I have been there 3 times already, and I have no a bad word to say. I can highly recommend this place - it is neat clean, with lovely ambience, the specialists are very professional, friendly and treats you with respect. The service is EXCELLENT! I always feel like a newly born, and it stays for several days! The specialists feel your problematic spots and treat them with special attention. I have never received a massage better and more professional than here, in Siam Thaimassage! And trust me - I have had massages a lot in my life, as I am suffering from severe headaches, and after this massage I feel wonderful! The prices are very fair - it 100% corresponds to what you get.
Very bad customer service encountered on our second visit there ( first one was 5/5). We booked 1 week before our visit for 2 couples on whatsapp. They confirmed its for 4 persons but when we reached there they said they can do only for 2 and they started arguing that they never confirmed for 4 which was not the case as the person realised same when reviewing her messages. She argued for nothing and later sent us messages offering a free treatment. We will not go there due to the customer service and the lady defending herself and blaming it on english (when she herself sent a message to acknowledge the booking was for 4 persons). If you are not sure next time please check before confirming or at least a minimum would be to inform prior to the visit instead of arguing when you are at fault.
Went there for the first time, only to find out our booking was messed up. They confirmed reservation for 4. And yet, when we reached, we were told only 2 persons can do the massage. Very poor communication. Left there totally unsatisfied.
Everytime excellent massages where they take care of individual interest and sensibilities. No need to say, a very clean place. 100% recommendation. Still absolutely professional and relaxing massages.
