Cosy place, lovely atmosphere....still need some things to be improved

Only pulled in here to use the toilet and while there i grabbed a coffee. I can see this place going off at night but while i was there i enjoyed the coffee in peace.

I have asked for whiskey. And the bar person (not bartender) said: I am not opening the bottle for 50ml. After i have already spent quite an amount of money. Pathetic......
