I first came across Ultimate when I met their very friendly staff at the motorcycle live show in Birmingham in 2019. I was amazed at the attention to detail and quality of the service they provided, so much so that I purchased my first pair of squidgy plugs on the day. 2 years on and my plugs are still going strong and I’ve now treated myself to a pair of sound ears, which arrived yesterday. They look amazing and I can’t wait to start using them.

I've had several over the years - plugs to stop wind noise, sleep plugs to cut out rain noise on a van etc. Always great service. Even the ones that didn't fit well were fixed. They take a while to be made, but tell you that in advance. No surprises. Well done Ultimate Ear!!
Absolutely superb company and products, cannot fault a thing. I've been using Ultimate Ear for many years and have never had an issue. I currently have a Bluetooth sounder set and non Bluetooth plugs for riding my motorbike and would never use anything else. If you can, have your impressions taken on site, so quick and easy. I have been using Ultimate Ear since 2016 , just had a new pair delivered . Great service from start to finish with George who helped me navigate getting a new pair made and delivered even through the lockdown restrictions . Fantastic service , cannot recommend them highly enough !
