Strategically a very good place to invest, considering that you wait for another 3 years, I see it has the advantage of the location to be quite close to the Shidhlaghatta town where one can get any necessities for the day, also a place for someone who would like to settle closeby nature. Looking at the location there should be no problem for the underground water for the future as it is close to the badhaguru lake. Either an investment or place to live a worth exploring option.

Wonderful projects... Over approx more than 300 acres established land making over residential plots with all needy requirements/amenities. In addition, planned and executed free space for parks, wide roads, clubs, electricity and many more. Near future it will give gud return on invested money as well as residential purpose... This plot near 2 km to siddalghata where Taluk office of Chikkaballapura situated, BMTC will be shifted from Sidalghatta to adjacent our land, near fire extinguisher department, 10 kms away from proposed North University at H Cross, 26Km away from International Airport but 15km through proposed Cargo in near future, Reputed school just far away from 4 kms and many more development will be carried out by the Govt. All in all gud investment for better future... It's time to Dream for the future and future will give us better future. Prashanth one of Interested Customer to buy a plot.

Wonderful environment and pleasant ambience ....a fast developing project... Already there are 3 finished house and a new one is under construction....KSRTC bus stand for which land is already allowed ,will be coming up soon ,very close ( about 1 furlong away) to this lay out....
