A very good bowling club with friendly members Excellent facilities
My partner and I went along for some free \taster\ sessions at Sidmouth Bowls Club - we were made so welcome. Despite the fact that we had never picked up a bowl before, our coach Mike was extremely patient and convinced us that we could, after 4 or 5 lessons, be proficient to bowl on our own. He was right! We joined the club and I'm now a bowls addict! Sidmouth Bowls Club is a very friendly happy place that makes you feel like part of a family - the outdoor rinks are the envy of many other clubs, set in a beautiful location and in the winter, the indoor rinks are a great place to be on a rainy day.
Two well maintained greens to use. Lovely Club House.
