The J.E.T. Pack

Hands down the best local pet store around! And I've used quite a few in my time. Sandy turned the store around and is always keeping new product coming. I've never not had what I'm going there for unavailable and even if it was, she'd be ordering it in for you

Incredible place! The staff and owner really make this place special! They are helpful and knowledgeable with pet food, supplements, and accessories. They also have been HUGE in helping us with our aquarium needs. Their staff are INCREDIBLY knowledgeable, patient, courteous, and helpful. 10/10 would recommend without any hesitation!

Outstanding customer service. Manager Angie and owner Sandy showed true compassion when I needed to return unopened dog food due to the passing of my pet. Their comfort and understanding was sincere and touching to the core. 10/10 pet store!

Great little store with lots to offer. Went in the other day and the owner was very helpful. However, I felt uncomfortable because she was wearing her mask so it didn't cover her nose and was barely covering her mouth. She kept pulling it down to talk.
