The place seems to have changed hands. Went there on Friday at 10:30 and it was closed - advertised to be open at 10:00. Went back on Saturday at 11:00 to find a note on the door \ back in 5 minutes\. 20 minutes later somebody turned up. However, I will continue to shop there.

Knowledgeable friendly staff. Will order in items they don't have for you, best prices in town for bird seed. Located in Sidney Industrial Park so it's a no-stress parking and shopping experience. They are part of the local community and have pamphlets, flyers, adverts from individuals offering pet services (walking, teeth cleaning, daycare, etc)
