Chris and Sandra absolutely go above and beyond for their customers. I have had a few keys , car remotes, and locks that have needed to be cut or repaired. None have them have been an issue, (in fact one was almost an issue, but Chris found a way around it). Where other people would just put it in the too hard basket , Chris goes the extra mile. The only downfall Chris has is he follows St George. Well at least they have great customer service and an awesome range of gifts.

Always super helpful and so quick with whatever I need done!
I have had my shoes re-soled and heeled and love his work. I drive from Sydney to get my shoes repaired, that's just how good he is.
Chris will always go out of his way to make sure you get the best result. Nothing is too difficult.
Always friendly and helpful and always have what I'm looking for. Batteries for remote control garage doors and cars. Key cutting and shoe repairs plus shoe protection sprays. Plus a variety of goods
A good shoe repair shop, does good quality work and they do replacement electronic car keys. Chris, the proprietor is extremely kndowledgeable and helpful.
Great service and the workmanship is excellent I have given a lot of people the recommendation to go to sid’s
It is called a Shoe Surgery but i have only used it for a CAR KEY and a GARAGE REMOTE. I have utilised this this business twice. The first time I needed a remote for the garage door. Chris, the proprietor, sold me one but i couldn't get it to work. So he came to my home, free of charge, and set it up for me. I live very local, I am not suggesting that he would do this for everyone, but I could not have been more impressed. Then recently my car key snapped. I went to VW and they said a new key would cost around 570 and it would take 10 days for it to be shipped out from Singapore. I decided to shop around. I went to Chris at Sids Shoe Surgery and he explained that he could give me an after market key that would work but as soon as VW serviced the car they would neutralise is so it would not work any more. Then he asked if I had all the parts ofthe original key. I did. He transfered the chip from the original into the new one and it works a dream. It cost 150 and was done while I waited. That was a saving of 420! I am extremely impressed with this business.
