Jim is an awesome sales rep. I just bought a 2021 F150 Hybrid (love this thing comming from a 6.0 diesel) from him. He was punctual, precise, and a pleasure to work with. No high pressure sales tactics (from him or the finance department). He Listened to what i wanted, what i expected and he met them. Highly reccomend the drive if you are a little far away. I drive 90 minutes to get there and id do it again in a heartbeat. He won my business.

Awful service department. Needed a water pump replaced in my truck. Talked to Jim the manager told me he would price match another dealership which they did. I asked him how long it would take to replace, he told me 2 to 3 days. When I scheduled my truck to be repair I waiting for 2 to 3 weeks before taking it to the shop. I checked back in a week and was told that they were working on it when they had time and that they had two other bigger projects. I don't understand why they would schedule my vehicle knowing they had two other big projects. Two weeks go by and still no vehicle. When I asked them how much longer and what they have completed they tell me a couple of covers have been removed, haven't even removed the water pump. They told me that they never said two to three days acting as if I had nothing to be mad about. They did give me a rental car after a week went by but it was a ford fusion (needed larger size vehicle for trip, refused to accommodate) I almost missed my vacation because they were taking so long and acting like my vehicle was not important enough to them. Will never take my vehicle there again for service.

My family has never had a problem with this dealership in the past. Today I sent them an internet inquiry asking for a quote on a new 2021 F150. They very quickly responded that they would \pass on providing a quote for our best price\ I personally have only ever purchased used vehicles up to this point. I have been saving for a new truck for the past 4 years now. Needless to say this being my first interaction in contacting dealerships now that I am finally ready to purchase has been disheartening and disappointing. I was really hoping this process would go smoother than all my previous purchases at used car dealers but so far it appears that dealing with car dealers is just all around a disappointing and difficult experience no matter where you go. The dealer did respond that he will not give me a price cause he knows I will just go to another dealer and ask them to beat it. That is true, however I doubt that if I walked into the dealership and dealt with them in person instead of over email that they would turn me away. It is not personal, it is business. As an informed consumer, I will shop around for the best price for any product I am purchasing. Anyone who doesnt shop around is potentially missing out on a better deal. In response to the owners response, I did not mean that statement in a threatening manner. I simply felt it would be appreciated to come right out and let the salesperson know that I would be shopping other dealers at the same time. I do not feel it is right to lead someone on letting them think I’m only dealing with them when really I am dealing with other people at the same time. I suppose I could see how that could be seen the way the dealership saw it, However that was not what was intended on my end.
