Why is city hall not opened for residents to come in to conduct their business. You are essential, if you want us to pay our bills. You have been closed long enough and can implement safe distancing and ppe for those that enter. Online or telephone service are very limited at what they can do and a lot of times take more time to resolve than 1 inperson visit. All other businesses and city halls have opened successfully and safely, why hasn't Sierra Madre city hall???

I wasn't @Sierra Madre City Hall, instead I was up the street eating @Tacos Ensenada: 345 Sierra Madre Blvd, Sierra Madre California 91024(former site of KFC). I got ceviche tostadas with hot blaring hot sauce which was homemade ! Tostadas were fantastic, yummy & flavorful. My friend ordered 2 fish tacos & Jamaica drink(they charge for refills which is a ripoff). Since they don't have free refills on any drink only water they get only 4 stars.
