Apartment maintained horribly. As soon as I moved in there were cob webs in corners of ceiling holes in walls nails still hammered in wall then they poorly painted over them. Apartment had a terrible musty odor. No locks on windows not even a latch. We were not notified of this. We went 3 days without protection and we have a small child. Spiders including a black widow were in the unit when we moved in. The manager gave us a list of rules to follow which include no double parking no parking in vacant car ports and no motorcycles yet every one does it and management himself drives a motorcycle on site and another occupant drives one as well. A bit hypocritical. And wife has a nasty attitude toward residents. Especially when in time of great need. Yet was very nice before moving in. Rarely is in the office. Manager will leave for personal reasons yet leave no one to tend to phone. Owner is a curmudgeon. Management seem to favor well known tenants. Upside very spacious. Management will tend to problems at a good pace (sometimes you may have to badger). Good size backyard.
