I am leaving Long Beach iRepair thrilled! Not only was Josh helpful, by giving me information about my screen, but he was also quick and kind . And the prices were super reasonable.This is now permanently my favorite phone repair store. I will be back again soon (I’m always breaking my phone). The person reading this should definitely consider coming by.

Called in to see about getting my apple watch repaired and the guy that answered the phone FIRST OF ALL - did not greet me. just \HELLO\ rudely then when I asked if my apple watch was going to be repairable, he said \No\ because the back was broken (which I understood) however, before I could even ask about my SECOND device, which was a cracked screen on iphone, he just completely hung up. SO rude, not how you should be treating customer. Never thought I could hate a company just from a simple phone call. If you want genuine people that actually want to help you, don't bother here.
Amazing experience everytime. What would take 2 hours anywhere else or business days, he does in like 10-15 minutes and the best part? Grimlock and Molly the shop dogs just existing and chilling. I love coming here.
Long Beach iRepairs new facility is great. Been coming to Josh for years!!! I was having internet problems with my phone this time and sure enough he was able to take care of it for me. Great waiting area...nice and sleek...as usual thank you Josh!
Josh has changed my battery on my iPhone twice now. First time it lasted about 3 years. Sucks to see him but he always does great work. Referred family and friends over the years and he has been great!
