Bad service to everyone in general. If you work in customer service, it means provide the customer with service! It’s embarrassing enough that I’m not tech savvy. I approached the young lady at the copy center, I needed to print from my email. She did tell me how. Well I got stuck and approached her again. It was clear I needed her assistance but she stayed behind the counter and by then a gentleman walked up and she was chatting away, not service related. I gave up and walked out, she kept on. Flirting isn’t customer service. I went to the competitor and was given exceptional service. May-June 2020 I was on a shopping spree. I needed everything new for my new desk. I did take a while and had a full cart. The manager kept following me around and caught him spying on me couple of times. It was being watched like if I was a thief. It was very offensive and hurtful. I kept coming here for years because of the inventory aside of bad service. Now I’m officially done with OfficeDepot and will take my business elsewhere.

This place gives poor service to black people!!!! Every time I go in here, I’m watched by employees, or at the very least, subjected to an awkward, silent transaction that doesn’t include eye contact and ends without a thank you. Even with the on duty manager! It’s so consistent here it’s disturbing. I NEVER write reviews but this place feels like the 1950s. Just an observation.
Office Depot is usually THE place I go for my office supplies, so it was natural of me to think of Office Depot when I started working from home. Today I was in need of an office/desk chair, and I immediately went to Officedepot.com to begin my search. I saw 3 chairs I liked but needed to actually sit in to determine their comfort. Unfortunately, all the chairs I liked were not available in store, but only available to order. I decided to visit my local store anyway to see if there were other chairs I might like. Nothing available satisfied me, but I noticed the ones I saw online were available in a box but not assembled to sit in and try out. I was very disappointed, especially because I was not even approached by a sales agent, which has always been typical of this location. Needless to say, we walked out disappointed without purchasing anything. I don't know why it is so hard to have one of each chair assembled at all times?
