I have mixed emotions when looking for a car. It's exciting, nerve-wracking and exhausting! For 2 months, my son and I have been going to several dealerships to look for a \perfect\ gift for my granddaughter's birthday/college celebration. Our experience at Signature Auto Enterprises exceeded our expectations! The exceptional customer service and expertise provided by Chris Gorski was admirable! He patiently answered our questions and explained everything thoroughly ( from car details to paper transactions). Since we're planning on surprising our granddaughter, we asked Chris if he can drive the car to a restaurant and leave it there. He eagerly agreed despite the fact that there was a snowstorm watch.The weather was bad but his service knows no bounds! Everything was smooth sailing and he made everything possible. My granddaughter was so surprised and ecstatic to see her gift, a Mercedes Benz! Thanks Chris for your help! You're amazing! We spent a lot of time looking for the right car to send our daughter off to college. The night before we were headed to buy one of three in the Chicago/Indiana area, a good looking, fair priced, option appeared on internet. We added a stop at Signature Auto Enterprises the next day and are glad we did. Not only was the car exactly what my daughter wanted, the salesman, Chris Gorski, and the rest of the staff were top notch. We had a deal done in record time and were on our way with a car that was in better shape, lower miles, and a better price than the other options near by. Would definitely buy here again.

Adrian was very helpful. They had an awesome selection of vehicles, which could be kept cleaner, but weren't too bad. One car we decided not to test drive because it smelt so bad of cigarette smoke. But we came in with about a half dozen cars to look at until we found the one we loved. Adrian and Dan were both very helpful and straightforward with the entire process, especially working through the financial process. Would definitely recommend.

They sold me a lemon... i call and text everyday about my car problems after having it for 3 weeks.. Update: now its been 3 months since i bought my jeep from Dan and its been seating in my garage for 28 days because the air suspension and heater core went out. 2200 job and i dont have that kind of money right now. only had truck for 30 something days before problems and they wont help or talk to me about anything. dont buy from them
