Over the course of three days with broken aircraft, the staff and especially the manager (Patty), were extremely helpful and accomodating. They provided transportation off of the airfield even when their own courtesy cars were in use, and coordinated with maintenance facilities on our behalf. My group was a giant pain in the neck, and the personnel at Signature not only did their jobs, they went well above what was required, and I can’t rate the quality of their service as anything but exceptional.

I don't have a ton of experience with airports and such and I am sure that the pandemic has its ups and downs trying to follow laws and such. I have to say that there was one person who almost ruined out trip because of a layover in Phoenix that was out of out control. He kept telling us that we just needed to turn around and go back home. There were numerous people in the Airport that could have helped us. However, there was never an acknowledgment that anyone could help us. He and his direct supervisor kept telling us that they were following the new laws. Then when we finally figured out that there were several different people in the Airport that could help us and we had the written proof that they were demanding he treated us like we were making stuff up. Due to American Airlines representative we were able to make it into the island and ended up having a great 20th Anniversary.
