Mary Beth is the most caring nurse I've encountered in my son's 25 years of life. She advocates and supports the families she provides A1 care to. She should be commended and recognized, we appreciate her. She encompasses all the beautiful things the care giving in really about. Thank you Mary Beth

When trying to explain the thoughts going on in my head, Dr. Svete yelled at me to calm down, told me I’m being ridiculous, that I need to grow up, and said I’m acting like a child. When I asked him who his boss is his exact words were “I don’t even know, and you can go ahead and try to get me fired. I don’t care”. He was so unprofessional, “forgot” to call in my meds numerous times, and very arrogant and condescending. I would definitely not recommend seeing him, especially if you already have fears of psych doctors like I did. When I talked to the office manager, she told me that she can’t say anything will happen to Dr. Svete but she’ll let his supervisor know what’s going on. I felt so disrespected and low.

Can't get a prescription filled on time for the life of me with this place. You call the nurse, she dosnt answer obviously, it says to have your pharmacy send over a refill request, My pharmacy sends a request over and they NEVER get it in time if that at all. I send it over days ahead in advance too. I usually have to call and leave a voicemail which dosnt get checked until a day later. And I go a day or two without my meds. That's not OK

Claims they will deliver medication; asked once due to advanced cataracts and they didn't. Called for a for case management, left a voicemail and never got a call-back. Asked for administrative number to address these issues; left a voicemail and never got a call-back.

Lots of technical issues. Was on hold 3 hours just to be told I’m a no call, no show, for doing all that I can do. At times very confusing and very stressful. Over the phone appointments were never on time because staff didn’t call until the appointment was over and then when I re scheduled was placed on hold again longer than my back pain can handle to sit in one place. Great facility.. bad communication equals bad review.
