I didn't want to buy a car in such a big garage at first because it's mostly anonymous and impersonal. I speak from experience. But at Emil Frey in Sihlbrugg, I experienced the opposite. Very personal, attentive and friendly. I felt at home right away. Thank you, dear Land Rover team.

Horrible Service.! On December 1, 2020, The service manager refused to give back, after a service, our Jaguar XF Sportsbrake saying that It is \forbidden \ to drive a car in Zug Canton without snow tires, as it was lighly snowing. He said: \it is the law\ He offered us 4 new tires with wheels at at price over 3000 CHF. i It choked emotionally my wife as we have another j Jaguar with no snow tires. IT WAS SIMPLY A LIE ! as the Zug police send us a signed E-mail saying that snow tires are not mandatory in Zug nor in whole Switzerland. I think the lied and frightened us in order to sell new tires. It is Scam that is illegal and hat the reprehensible \forced sale process\. Shame on you Jaguar Emil Frey Switzerland to act like that.

I was very happy with the customer service from Carrosserie, good communication with them ( Toni ) and they nicely fix a scratch and a door at my car. Also the replacement car was a nice fix .

The most useless customer service, chaotic company I have ever dealt with. They are all over you if you want a new car, but nobody is there for you if you need help. Chaos pure. Such a shame Ranger Rover was taken over by them. Day and night service.
