We met lawyer Mr. Siji Malayil a year back to file the objections(vakalat) of our case and they costed us 25,000 and they denied handing over the filed documents unless we paid the full amount. Later we paid the full amount and took the documents and returned back the documents to the lawyer. Our case was delayed due to covid pandemic as the court was closed. And now, we have to submit the same documents to the court for the hearing, we went back requesting the necessary documents that we had paid for, and the lawyer, Mr. Siji is so negligent that he has misplaced our documents. Instead of being sorry for his act of negligence, he behaved so rude and showed his arrogance by not respecting our request (he says, he's not aware who we are … after taking our money). We have been spending our hard earned money to fight the case and these people are playing with our lives with their negligence and arrogance.
