The worst service the worst bank, higher charges , Rs 100 Gst - account maintenance charges, Non Account maintenance- Rs 1200 , Cheque bounce charges - Rs 750 but other banks charges are far lesser than AXIS.. federal Bank, Indian Bank , Bandhan Bank and Govt bank are better than AXIS. Even HDFC is better

Worst bank in entire barak valley. Staffs and workers are not well behaved with seniors. They used to take huge amount for account fee. Horrible experience.
Well very bad experience, i am an existing customer of the bank but the treatment is very bad from them, I was having an appointment for addhar seeding process where as denied directly by saying we dnt know anything, they dnt want to entertain at all for addhar enrollment process , I had a talk with branch manager also the reply which I received from him is unreasonable, he just simply denied by saying weather is not good so we can't process your addhar enrollment Today, where as I went instantly to India post branch SMC , they made it instantly, overall they just avoid it,. Hope Regional manager or zonal manager will response to my query, I don't expect such response from axis bank , also I am maintaing my ac with them since 2015, over all zero about customer service.
