DTDC courier is generally a good courier service. They deliver at good speed but, they ruin your delivery. They have two offices in silchar town as per notice. One is in Rangirkhari point and the other one is in shilongpatty. The one office that is located in Rangirkhari remains closed most of the time so, this office is in shillongpatty road where you can send your parcel. This shillongpatty office is located somewhere between Westside building or Sagarika Regency and the apex bank on the opposite side of Yes Bank or sudakshina hotel. The courier delivery charge is a bit high rest everything is good.

The lady sits at the counter is quite knowledgeable, and seems honest. She told us that from Silchar to Agartala courier will need 10 days to reach as it will first go to Guwahati and then return back for Silchar
