I have visited today
High chances of getting the "order has been delivered" message even though you're yet to receive your order. It's been 4 days, no calls, nothing. Simple, fraud courier service, even the customer service is poor.
Worst worst worst... They have no sense of responsibility..from next time whenever it shows ecom as the courier service i would rather cancel my order.
I did not receive my product, yet I got a message saying the product was delivered. I tried to contact the service centre but I couldn't reach them, even I went to the aforesaid address, but came to know that they shifted their office to Ramnagar, I went there as well but still couldn't find their office.
Worst courier service in silchar.. kept me waiting almost a whole month saying that either my address was unlocatable or i was unavailable, whereas my address is located in the central area of the town and they neither made a phone call to check if i was available, and then later on they simply cancelled the order without any valid reason .. My suggestion is if your amazon or flipkart order mentions that it is supposed to be delivered by ecom express silchar, there is a high probability that your parcel won’t reach u .. so its better to cancel that order and place that order again so that it might be delivered by other courier services
Where is my order? Its been 45 plus days that its stuck there? Amazon, flipkart and what not whenever it comes through ecom, it is gauranted to never be deliverable. I am reaching out to Ecom, in twitter and mail, either all staff in silchar hub needs to be changed or its needed to remove their service as a whole.
Worst courier service....my parcel was suppose to be delivered on 22nd Oct today is 27 Oct...they didn't deliver my parcel I mean do you guys have some sense that customer is waiting?deliver nahi de sakte toh lete kyu ho responsibility...one of the most irresponsible,worst courier service
