Visited 13/01/2021, security provides you with sanitizer before you enter the branch but no temperature check. Very few staffs wear a mask. Staff i interacted was not customer friendly, it could either be due to her attitude or lack of professional training. Inspite of a sub standard service I thanked her once my work was done, I was proved wrong again, she didn't have the basic courtesy of replying to a "thank you". Overall a very poor service from a brand like ICICI.
