Simple Space

The worst computer shop in Silchar. Advantage wants to take 'advantage' of customer's ignorance. Staffs are also very rude. They pretend that as if they are rendering great service to the society and for that they should be revered like the Greats. My suggestion is to stay away from that shop if you don't want loose your mind and get betrayed.

This place is very expensive as compared to other computer shops in Silchar...Moreover the staffs are very ill tempered...They show no interest in selling some Assembled Desktop PC..They just wanted to sell ready made PC...More over they are not cooperative over telephone calls if you call them to ask any information about availability of product or price of one or two items, they just say "come to shop to get details, we don't provide price information over telephone call".How pathetic. Whereas other Computer shop in silchar provide full telephone assistance...The products of ADVANTAGE are more expensive then online products. Very BAD :-(

It's a place where you may feel liked getting robbed or betrayed. I gave my laptop for repairing. They kept my laptop for two days and did nothing. When I called them to ask what is the status, they told me the same problems which I narrated to them while submitting the laptop. So, I told them not to do any work on the laptop and next day I went to collect the laptop. I was surprised that the charged me . 200/- and insisted me to pay the amount to take the laptop. I outrightly denied to pay the same. The staffs are rude and lack business ethics. I purchased a Sony Viao laptop from them as well in the past. But that one is dead at this time. Visit this place at your own risk and never expect an honest deal or service from them.
