I had given my honda activa vehicle for service after it met with a minor accident. They delivered it very late and told that parts were not available in a city like bangalore. Work was not done properly. Scratches were still there and they told painting will not be effective and it will be gone after one week( hearing like this for first time). When i received the vehicle petrol was empty and it had ran 90 km extra. Very bad experience with their sales head Mr. Praveen. They have provided a huge bill also. They told parts have been replaced. Insurance people after inspection had told there was no need for the parts to be replaced as there were no major damages.

Well, the showroom is fine. The executives were helpful in explaining all details to me. I didn't renew my rental agreement but they were willing to provide assisstance. Also as I had to hurry to office, I couldn't collect the bill but they sent me in Whatsapp and next morning I collected the bill. This shows trust.

Worst two wheeler service station. Their labour charges are high however None of the issues mentioned are fixed. I had requested for battery recharge, seat cover change and few minor issues. They agreed to fix and they insisted on other parts replacement/repair. But they have just done what they want to ignoring what I asked for. There was no good response when I went to collect the vehicle. I had to go back to another service station again tobfix the issues. Never going back to Silicon honda service station near Monotype.

I had some problem in 1 st service but I had contacted them they have had good conversation they took My dio Dx And my all problems had been solved They treated Nicely Good conversation Good Treating Iwanted give around 3.5 stars My digitall petrol meter have problem still

To the Silicon Honda , Service Team, This kind of service we never had before from any other automobiles, Please do respect your customer and their time also, I also work for other company so i should be on time everytime , dont waste Customer time unneccesirly, Only Manager can't handle the all situation every time, don't argue with customers. Very Very Bad and arrogant service team. I recommand to others ,not to visit the Silicon Honda Monotype Showroom. If visit , dont do service at Monotype Showroom for Service . They are not proffesional and They are very Cunning. Thank you praveen for your valueable Timing for us. You Please take transfer from that showroom.
