Sales executives are polite and courteous. They will let you try your desired gear. They also have camera accessories like tripod etc. Overall a nice place to experience and buy canon cameras and lenses.

Firstly, I do like to say that its truly coupled well with camera accessories, and the utmost model of DSLR's. But, still as per with the tripod I do feel that it does lack is variety and selection. Theirs only one tripod available and its also not up to the mark. Now secondly I do like state with the friendliness and support of staffs over with their customer's visit. I just visited this CANON store and what do I feel is that the communication skill of the store people were not satisfactory. As per with my visit I faced 3 people 1 who just help my out find the best deal, the other was at the cash counter and lastly a person who just act much attitude with it. As if knows all about the devices, I do truly appreciate the knowledge which it has, as to sell it must have the knowledge. But, as per with its talking skill and communication it feels too much discomfort and formed a demoralize to myself. As with my first and the last visit it do have disappointed me. If a customer does not know much about the product, so its the duty of the sales person to provide the knowledge. Without making feel the customer embaraced, with its proud attitude. So, by completion of my review I am sure that I won’t be buying it from this particular store. Instead I do prefer go for online purchases as with much cheaper rate.

Good store, clean, good staffs.. Store had probably almost all canon items..They give you more discount then any other stores in Siliguri .Some expensive items were to be ordered but other were present there..
