The cook is from Bombay stores.. Used to be beside it. Due to poor payment the guy left and opened a shop beside it and now he earns more than the entire store. P. S. It's the best pav bhaji I've tasted yet. A must go to place in siliguri.

I have never tasted any where like this type of Pac bhaji where ever I go. After tasting it again after 10 years it bought me back to the days I used to eat everyday there. Full of butter and softness. Will visit again siliguri for this only.....
