Very rude front staff they r not at all concerned about the health of patient, conveniently they blame the doctor for everything. Never opt for this diagnostic Centre better you go for other diagnostic centre. The repot is purposely given late to patient even in there worst condition.
Im waiting for untrasound since 10;30am but its 11:15am and still waiting for the ultrasound authority. Its very hard for patient
RAMA DIAGNOSTIC AND POLLY CLINIC PVT. LTD. is a Third Class diagnostic center where no test is done in timely. They deal with the patients in a false manner. They even dont no the value of the time. Dont go there and frnds because they were cheating the person.
Very rude staffs and assistants! Dirty and pathetic,does not deserve one star as well.
Very bad experience .The staffs are very rude and arrogant.The misguide the patients and even behave arrogantly with them as if they are piece of dirt. Doctors do not visit in time . Moreover the premises are absolutely unclean. I would never recommend it to anyone.
Mostly because of the front end staff. They have no atiquate and manners. They don't know how to act and behave when a sick person is around.
Very dirty! It stinks of rotten meat. There's cobwebs everywhere in the walls. If there was options to put pictures up I would. There are about 60 people waiting for the doctor, who is 45 minutes late!! This is a pathetic place, it'll make you sick.
