Worst experience ever...! I am utterly disappointed with everything. Their policy to CC service. Placed my order in Jan and its April already now (almost) yet the product has not been delivered to me.. Enquiry calls are not handled professionally and with priority. Wouldnt even wanna refund my full payment, which now I feel so stupid for having paid the full amount in advance.. Tried filing a complaint to the head office, they are equally laid back... Jeez!

One star too is high for Royal Oak. The furniture is of very low quality, mine broke within seven months. Advice don't buy from them. Wastage of money. They promise but don't deliver.

Very bad experience with Royal Oak Siliguri Sofa set bought just 7 months ago it suddenly broke one day . On inspection saw that the wood was damaged and screws all rusted . The furniture is supposed to be under warranty period so I contacted the sales person and the owner also but till date no answer has been given by them nor any initiative taken to repair or replace the part. On every call they say they will revert but no call received from their side. They are only responsible till taking money after that no responsibility is taken.
