Most third class business ecommerce in siliguri. They don't have any idea about their own business! Pathetic and worst service. They don't know how to deal with clients and B2B, Don't trust in fake postive reviews coz its uploaded by them from different google accounts, 0 star reviews belongs to Mr. Subham Arya itself. They only know how to destroy other business orm and fruad with clients.
Their packaging quality is great and I had people asking me from where I got them. I bought the Kraft window pouch series, for anyone wondering. Customer care was prompt and they shipped it real quick. Thankyou.
We pack was the first company i connected to in Silliguri regarding our packaging requirements and needless to say since then I have not had to connect to any other vendor. They are professional, clear in terms of communication and very much supportive. The price point seems to be on a higher side but quality of material and service are exceptional.
