We are currently working with Joaquim Vilalta Architects and our experience could not be better. He really listens to the clients needs and has a creative vision to match any budget. No matter how small or large the project, you can see that he has a passion for his work. The council regulations can be very difficult to understand, so it is very important to have an architect who can work around this and knows the alternatives, without losing the design you had in mind. Even if Spanish/Catalan is not your first language, Joaquim has been able to help in English from day one. Therefore I would also highly recommend to any international clients wishing to build around Girona/Lloret and beyond the Costa Brava.
