Our family had a great experience with Cradle of Hope! Chris is so supportive! He called almost every day that we were in China, making sure all was going as planned. When talking to other families in China, they did not receive the same level of support that we received from CHAC. Great place!

Excellent adoption experience with Cradle of Hope! The staff was amazing: very personable and caring, quick to respond and help, very efficient and organized when it came to all the paperwork and extremely helpful, available and on top of all going on while traveling and in country for our international adoption as well as when we were home. You can definitely tell they care about you and the child you are adopting! Would highly recommend adopting through this agency!!
I would highly recommend Cradle of Hope. I adopted through their Down syndrome initiative and was impressed at the level of skill and service I received. I worked mainly with Jufang and Chris, who walked me through every step of the process. I also very much appreciated that they were so prompt on their end; if they said they were doing it, they were doing it! They were also very responsive to any questions or concerns I had throughout the process. Highly recommend!
Recently adopted from China with Cradle of Hope in Silver Springs. My case manager went above and beyond his job. He was in constant contact and helped us through the process step by step. Our trip to China went so smoothly and the guides treated us like family. I would recommend this agency to anyone and I would definitely use them again. Our little girl is a blessing!
We adopted our son through Cradle's Down Syndrome Initiative. Cradle's support and guidance as we navigated the adoption process was outstanding. The support we received in country from Chris was more than we could have imagined! As well, our guides in country provided superb guidance and support . After returning home we have continued to receive support and follow up from the CHAC staff. Highly recommend CHAC services!
