I just got my cabinets and granite installed and I'm loving my new kitchen look. I was referred to Sylvia by a friend and she did not fail me. From beginning to end Sylvia was the epitome of customer focused. She provided all the information I needed at my first visit, came to my home and gave me some ideas and designs for how I could reconfigure my kitchen. Further, she patiently answered my phone calls/texts every time and did everything within her power to give me good information on product and scheduling. Frankly, I could have gone other places for my cabinets and granite, but Sylvia won my business with her ever friendly smile, great customer service and patient hand holding. Sylvia is awesome and is what makes this review a 5 star rating!

First issue.. when the granite counter tops came to be delivered, they were not what I picked out in the store. second issue,. apparently I got scraps laying around. I have a seam going down the cabinet about a foot from the sink., third issue they had to come back out and re drill the holes that weren't big enough for the faucet to fit in., oh and the holes are not lined up as they were suppose to be, and best of all I save for last. they installed my island top 1'' off, and had to return that day to rip off the top along with ripping up the new hardwood flooring around the island.. so I have a mess of glue around the top of my cabinets from them having to cut it off and reapply it. Not even an apology for the huge inconvenience.. my floor is snapping together around the island still. oh did I mention I had new cabinets installed that now have gaps in the corners where the trim meets from them ripping my island off the floor... also the tops were very scratched up looking. in my opinion very cheap granite. I would of gave no stars if I could have. very unhappy customer, I recommend buying elsewhere, I know two other people that used Silverstone and was not happy with them either. Buyer Beware
